Le Petite Princesse Spa & Tea Parlour royal degree request for:

• All guests to be free of any hair chemicals or nail polish.

• All guests to wear a leotard or light undershirt. We understand children skins are sensitive and costumes can be itchy for some children.

• Confirmation of final guest count to be made six calendar days prior to event. We will contact the person booking event six calendar days prior to event to address any questions or concerns and for final guest count.

Booking and Deposit:

• When booking a “Royal Service” we require a 20% deposit and credit card to be on file.

• Deposit is necessary to reserve the date and time of your service. Deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your balance.

• When booking a “Party Package” we require a 50% deposit and credit card to be on file.

• Deposit is necessary to reserve the date and time of your event. Deposit will be applied to your balance. Final balance is due on the day of the event and must be made at the beginning of the event. In case event needs to be changed to a different date and time, a 50% deposit will be used for the 1st change and must be used within 90 days from original date. Thereafter deposit is non-refundable. Date changes need to be notified to Le Petite Princesse Spa & Tea Parlour a minimum of one week prior to event.

Cancellations and No-Show:

• In the event that any “Royal Services” needs to be canceled, please notify us as soon as possible. We require a 24 hour notice cancellation from the day and time of your service. Failure to comply with a 24 hour notice cancellation full service value will be charged to credit card on file. If cancellation is made within 24 hour notice from the day and time of your service, then the deposit made at time of booking will be transferable to a different day and time within 90 days from original date. Otherwise deposit is non-refundable.

• In the event that any “Party Package” needs to be canceled, please notify us as soon as possible. We require a one week notice cancellation from the day and time of your event. Failure to comply with a one week notice cancellation full party value will be charged to credit card on file. If cancellation is made within one week notice from the day and time of your event then the deposit made at time of booking will be transferable to a different day and time within 90 days from original date. Otherwise deposit is non-refundable.

• Any “Royal Services” or “Party Packages” that are “No Show” will be charged the full service or party value to credit card on file.

Liability

• Le Petite Princesse Spa & Tea Parlour is not responsible for any accidents including but not limited to slips, falls, or injuries caused on premises. Le Petite Princesse Spa & Tea Parlour is a child friendly environment, however we understand at times accidents may occur. We take all precautions to avoid accidents.

Disclosures

· Le Petite Princesse Spa & Tea Parlour is not an actual full service spa. Our services are for entertainment purpose only. Our staff is trained by professionals but are not licensed cosmetologists. We do not use any tools or cut cuticles/ nails.

· Disposable make up applicators are used to stay away from any bacteria or infections. Le Petite Princesse Spa and Tea Parlour reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who is experiencing poor hygienic matters. Examples are infestation of head lice, other diseases of the scalp that are spread in a similar manner, etc.
